Due to the immediate access and nature of digital goods (e-books, professional protocols, and Bio-Cards), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, generated, or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, except where strictly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

Are the medical protocols guaranteed to be error-free?

No. While our protocols are developed based on professional guidelines, medical science is constantly evolving. Wanderflows provides this information “as is” without any warranties of absolute accuracy. You use them entirely at your own risk.

Is my medical data stored or sold by Wanderflows?

We prioritize your privacy and data sovereignty. We utilize client-side processing technologies where possible to ensure your data remains under your control. Can I use these Services for my business clients (B2B)?

Yes, but B2B usage requires a separate commercial license agreement. You may not resell, repackage, or distribute our protocols or Bio-Cards to your clients under a standard personal (B2C) account without explicit written consent from Wanderflows.
