If you lose your locally saved Bio-Card, we cannot retrieve it for you, as we never possessed it in the first place.

Yes. Our architecture is designed with “Privacy by Design” principles. Because we utilize client-side processing for your Bio-Cards, the most sensitive medical data never reaches our servers. For the basic account data we do hold (like your email), you have full rights to request deletion, access, or modification under GDPR and CCPA regulations.
Never. We operate a strict zero-spam, zero-sale policy. Your contact information is used exclusively for delivering your purchased digital products, sending critical security updates, and communicating directly with you regarding your Wanderflows account.
Only you, and whoever you choose to physically or digitally show the card to (such as a first responder during an emergency). Because the PDF is generated and stored locally on your device, we have zero visibility into its contents.
You can request a complete data wipe by contacting our privacy team or using the “Delete Account” function within your user dashboard. Please note that deleting your account will remove your access to purchased e-books and protocol libraries, but it will not delete any Bio-Card PDFs you have already saved to your local device.
