Do you share my information with third parties?
We operate under a strict Zero-Sale Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to marketers or advertisers. We only share necessary transactional data with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., Payment Processors like Stripe/PayPal for B2C/B2B transactions, and Secure Cloud Hosting for account credentials). We never store your raw credit card numbers.
👉 Simply put: We never sell your data to marketers. We only share exactly what is needed with Stripe/PayPal to process your payments safely. We don’t even see your credit card number.
Do your partners have access to my medical Bio-Card data?
Absolutely not. Because your Bio-Card is generated utilizing client-side processing technology, neither Wanderflows nor our third-party hosting providers ever intercept, process, or store your sensitive health data. The resulting PDF and data remain completely sovereign on your local device.
👉 Simply put: No one can see your medical data. It is created directly inside your own phone/computer and never touches our servers or our partners’ servers.
How long do you retain my account data?
We retain your basic account and billing history only for as long as your account is active, or as required to provide you continuous access to your purchased digital protocols and to comply with global financial retention laws. Upon verified request for account deletion, active database records are permanently purged within 30 days.
👉 Simply put: We keep your email and purchase history so you can log in and download your books/protocols. If you ask us to delete your account, we wipe everything within 30 days.
Can I block the essential cookies you use?
You maintain the right to configure your browser to block all cookies. However, blocking strictly necessary authentication cookies will render the secure sections of the site inoperable (e.g., user dashboard login and checkout). As we do not deploy third-party advertising trackers, there are no marketing scripts necessitating a targeted opt-out.
👉 Simply put: You can block them, but if you do, you won’t be able to log in or buy anything. Don’t worry, we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies anyway.
